The important factor in stating this is we don’t rely on the internet for our recruiting purposes. We strive to retain candidates that are passive in their job search, who make well thought-out decisions regarding their career search. We use unique recruiting strategies to bring industry leaders to work for you.

We meet with every candidate for every position. We have an extensive and investigative approach to our interview process. We research references, education, certifications, employment and salary history; we can also offer background screening for security clearances. We can also test potential candidates to validate skill base and provide the test results. We also offer training courses.
